Happy 4th. This year, instead of fireworks (not visible from my garden until 10 tonight), I am celebrating the 4th with my Monarda Jacob Cline (see picture at right). They are exuberant scarlet bee balm 4 to 5 feet tall, that remind me of fireworks. They're visible all day so I can go to bed early after a celebration dinner here with David and Esther.Friday, July 4, 2008
Fireworks in My Garden
Happy 4th. This year, instead of fireworks (not visible from my garden until 10 tonight), I am celebrating the 4th with my Monarda Jacob Cline (see picture at right). They are exuberant scarlet bee balm 4 to 5 feet tall, that remind me of fireworks. They're visible all day so I can go to bed early after a celebration dinner here with David and Esther.
